mniUPDATE™ Welcome Letter
Once your registration to mniUPDATE™ is complete, you will receive a Welcome Letter from Mortgage Now accompanied by the mniUPDATE™ Client Disclosure.
Cost of mniUPDATE™ - Order by clicking the link that matches your score
If your current credit score* is between 600-614, the mniUPDATE™ application fee is $395.00
If your current credit score* is between 599 and below, the mniUPDATE™ application fee is $695.00
*Mortgage Now will determine your current credit score by analyzing your credit report and informing you of the mid-score as reported by the credit bureau. Your mid-score is the middle of your (3) credit scores; as reported by TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. Mortgage Now will verify your credit score with you prior to enrollment to mniUPDATE™; there will be no cost for your credit report and you will be receive a complete copy of your report.
